Tech One Global (Pvt.) Ltd is thrilled to announce that Ms. Thamilselvi Jayaraman is the new General Manager in Bangladesh. Ms. Selvi is a self-driven personality with a solid background in sales, channel management, and business development. In addition, she has a wealth of experience from 17 years of working in diverse and versatile multi-culture environments in Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, and Myanmar.
Ms. Selvi worked in various industries, including information technology, telecommunications, FMCG retailing, and education. Also, she has extensive knowledge of developing B2B and B2C business strategies and accelerating GTM strategies for channel and partner businesses. In addition, she has immense experience promoting digital transformation to FSI and government sectors in various technology areas. She prefers to work with cross-functional teams to understand and deliver the most appropriate and cost-effective solutions to meet the customers’ needs and run a profitable and growing business. Ms. Selvi started her career at Cargills Ceylon PLC in 2005, then worked with Suntel Ltd in 2008. After four years with Suntel Ltd, she worked with Microsoft for eight years. During this long period, she was responsible for many vital roles in driving Microsoft’s business in the Southeast Asia New Market.

Ms. Selvi shared the following about her new appointment: “I am excited to take up the new role in the country which is rapidly growing and leading by example in our region. Bangladesh is definitely not a new place to me. Personally, I love the country and the people. Actually, the people and the culture made me to love the country. Looking forward to unlearning and learning from the team while I am supporting and contributing to the growth of the business. I have worked with Government and IT echo systems at my previous capacities in Bangladesh. We all are aware it’s a country with lots of potential and we can have our own share of business despite the competition and challenges. I am confident that the pandemic has given as a hand to fast forward the digital transformation.
