Last August 18, 2022, Tech One Philippines and Microsoft organized a webinar entitled “How to Ace your Hybrid Modern Workplace: Enabling your business with remote access, security, accessibility, and digital inclusion.” More than 260 companies signed up that came from different industries. The session discussed the following:

Mimi Navarro, Global Marketing Operations Manager of Tech One Global, hosted the webinar while Lahiru Munindadrasa, Managing Director of Tech One Philippines, moderated the Fireside Chat of the session.
Vett Watson, Modern Work & Security Business Lead of Microsoft Philippines; Bot Serrano, MIS Manager of Bo’s Coffee; and Luis Barrera, Cloud Services Manager of Tech One Global, were the panelists for the Fireside Chat.
Vett Watson discussed out how hybrid work gives opportunity to companies to focus on people’s productivity rather than time spent of the employees.
“Hybrid work really empowers us to focus on outcomes as opposed to time-ins and time-outs,” Vett Watson reiterated.
