The Filipino homegrown premiere coffee shop, Bo’s Coffee, has taken its digital transformation to new heights through its mother company, WS and Landin Inc. With their recent decision to migrate their business processes from the Google platform to M365, it was an excellent time for Tech One Global PH and Microsoft to show their capabilities again.
A big chunk of the decision for the migration was because of system centralization issues and user adoption. Since they used Google apps and other 3rd party apps from different vendors for their mundane business processes, switching between applications has been a challenge for their users. After being invited to M365 Business Workshop and helping the client to discover the value, it was a no-brainer where to go. With M365, Tech One Global provided a seamless collaboration experience for their users with powerful productivity apps integrated with Microsoft Teams.
Tech One Global has taken a consultative approach throughout the customer journey, from requirement gathering to Go-live. Unlike other google migration projects conducted by Tech One before, Tech One guided to use of the M365 native migration tool and still completed the migration in 4 weeks. In addition, Tech One has onboarded Bo’s Coffee to the Microsoft FastTrack program to meet the adoption and change management process for all the users. With the new M365 platform experience, Bo’s coffee started using it and was confident that it would help them take their hybrid workplace experience soaring to new heights.
